Looking into therapy is a brave first step. It can be hard to find the time to invest in and focus on ourselves. I approach therapy from a humanistic and client centered approach. This means that the therapeutic space centers around your needs. In an increasingly busy and demanding world, having this space for ourselves is so valuable. it can help you reset, reflect, and feel more empowered.

Are you ready to develop and explore coping skills to help improve your mental and physical health?

Therapy can take time. It can also be a space where you gain concrete and evidenced based tools to better cope with daily life outside of session. I am well versed in implementing DBT, CBT , mindfulness practices, and trauma informed skills and techniques into my practice.

I value incorporating psycho-education into my practice. It can lend itself to greater self acceptance and self compassion. Knowledge can be transformative and empowering in the therapeutic process. Along with psycho-education, I am a strong advocate for connecting you to additional supports and resources ,as needed, in an effort to promote growth and healing.
